You’re putting yourself in such a bad mental state where you think any sexual thought that comes is relapse when in reality it’s not. You done even control your own thinking and your own brain it’s the hijacker that has taken the drivers seat in your mind that’s controlling you. You’re not yourself. Breath bro. Relax. If you want to change and quit porn which you know yourself you can do it, but it has to come from a loving place. You can’t change if you’re in an anxious flight or flight state mentally all the time.
