I had no idea this existed.

I just actually cried. I cried because I was watching this TEDx Talk :



and it mentioned this forum (and i have never before actually joined an online forum... i have never had enough interest in one before).

i googled yall and just cried.

i hit the "panic button" emergency/health link... and just cried.

i am 29 years old.
i am a first gen (dial-up to now) internet porn addict. i range from not questioning that (or watching it as something potentially very destructive to my wellness) to feeling deep in the pits shame about it.

i have told my self over and over and over before that i need to let go of it/ get it to let go of me. i have never yet fully succeeded.
