I got other questions

1. How do I not get embarrassed or fearful when someone keeps bringing up my numerous embarrassing moments?

2. I have never danced in public in front of anyone in my life, how do I start to get into dancing groove so I don't look ridiculous
And most importantly, how do I decently and nicely dance with a girl ( and also not get aroused)?

3. I know very little of the area I live and even if I have been there ,I easily forget how to get there, any tips on how to become An Indiana jones of my environment?

 

Forgot to add,
My heart and soul dips into terror when I hear ppl tawk abt going to a party or drinkup. Any psychologist around that can help me with that ?
