Yesterday was supposed to be the 8th day without PMO. I had a strong urge to watch porn and I tried to sleep for like 2 or 3 hours but I couldn't so I went to take a cold bath to depress my urges but it didn't help that much. Eventually I watched some lingerie pics then I turned off my laptop and masturbated but I didn't watch porn or even porn pics.
Now I feel like a piece of garbage because I couldn't fight it..I mean I really wanted this time to reach 30 days at least without PMO
I don't know how even I'm going to start over knowing that I'm gonna relapse over and over after 7 or 8 days

First of all dont feel so terrible. Think positive about today and tomorrow. Yes you relapsed, but feeling like shit will only make this feeling be worse. I experimented on this and found out that after a relapse, nothing really changes. Its yourself that says that, because you relapsed you must now feel crappy. Besides having watched porn, masturbating itself is not harmful so its only porn that messed you up ( that doesnt mean that you should go on a mo streak now) You really dont have to feel so bad. Second of all for beginners, the first two weeks ( especially the first one) are the hardest. Afterwards it gets easier to control the urges and thats also when you usually feel most of the benefits. So keep strong and dont let your guard down. You got this!!

Thanks man it's just the idea of resetting back to day 1 over and over that feels so frustrating.

Start tracking the total amount of relapses in a month in a document! Seeing the total relapses going down motivates too. Counting days is very everything or nothing. + this way if you relapse you can't be like "well it doesnt matter if I M like 3 more times since its day 0 anyway" because it will count as 4 times. Good luck!
