I Failed at Day 4 what to do ??

    So I first registered here 5 days ago and I started a nofap 30 days challenge , but i failed today miserably , I dont know what got into me but my mind wasn't there .
    I admit I failed but right now i dont know what to do

    there are a number of videos about rebooting on you tube but in essence the thing to do is in a relaxed manner just keep going. just don't touch unless peeing or cleaning

    Try again and look for something to root your rebooting in that is greater than yourself.
