    There are plenty of times Ives tried to quit and haven’t made it 5 days, good job making it to 10! We all start somewhere. Learn from why you broke your streak and get back at it.

    Buddy - I’m impressed with 10 days right now! Well done you!!

    I’m at 5 (my first attempt at this!) and had my first strong temptation this morning and managed to resist!!

    build on what you’ve done and have another go buddy!
