I failed 3 days before 30 day mark!

    I just relapsed. I feel so stupid, because i was doing super well
    I think it is because I got the day off from work and had nothing to do. I was laying in bed way too long

    I was listening to ASMR, with my eyes closed and then the video ended, and the autoplay, put an ASMR mouth sounds video, which basically sounds like oral. So obviously I got horny and went for it. I am ashamed. Although I didnt watch porn, I failed.

    But I learned in my failure two important lessons,
    1. always keep busy! get out of the house when you feel an urge!
    2. ASMR is a crazy powerful trigger and should be avoided during a nofap abstinence streak.

    I am going to try and do another 30 day reboot. I know i can do it this time.

    It's only a reset, it doesn't have to be a relapse.
    A relapse is when you feel you completely lost control again. Though failing one time after 30 days most likely doesn't destroy all of your efforts but be careful of the chaser effect.

    Never let you guard down, with longer streaks, people have a tendency to get complacent and then comes the sudden derailment. Take care, and good luck for future streak(s).
