So it has been olmost 4 months since i looked at a porn video. Today i feel like iam not exicted anymore from "hot pictures " at commercials or twitter, don't get exited at porn video if i see it by accident.. It seems like its out of my system but i am still wondering is this a good thing? and has anybody else experienced this? When somebody would show me a porn video i would probably not get aroused at all.is this a good thing?
i understand you man, im also feel diffrent about porn right now, if in the past before nofap i thing of porn as a fantasi and something that im wanna just give myself in, now i see porn as what it really is, bad and distructive thing that want me to use it in order to cum.. i dont like it anymore.

This is a very good thing, I've gone 50 days no PMO, its been longer since I actually watched porn but I cant remember exactly how long, and I also no longer have any desire to watch it. I think once the veneer of porn wears off and you start to realise how destructive it can be its hard to go back to it and enjoy it, especially considering a lot of the stuff watched isnt even something we actually like anyway, its just something watched out of compulsion. Now that the compulsion is starting to fade you should see yourself being more attracted to more normal IRL situations, stay vigilant as you can still trip up but it should get easier from here on out.
