Day 43 I'm not looking too much into any milestone. I'm just taking it day by day. I really haven't been feeling any great benefits yet because I wasn't a chronic masterbator like some of these guys were lol. Also I have been practicing mindfullness and consciousness for over a year now. Workout, socialize with women,mediatate etc.
