    That I'd be making an account and even posting a thread.

    I guess it shows shows how bad it has become, it's good that I have come to terms with the fact that I'm an addict.

    The thing that has pushed me to this point was finally being with a woman I love, only for my enjoyment of such intimate moment to be halted by my years of addiction. I think I developed death grip, my sensitivity has gone.

    I'm starting today lads, its 2 am and i want to aim for 3 months to reboot my mind and soul and I guess we'll see from there.

    It's a lot harder than it sounds man. Keep that it mind, and know that you ma encounter urges. If you can face them and conquer them, then you will succeed. If you give in to fantasizing with your urges, then you are bound to fail, whether it be within a couple of hours or a few months.

    You made a difficult choice to accept the reality and do something about it. You are 50% there already. Congratulations. Do it not for the woman you want andlove, but do it for your amazingly resilient inner/higher self, who has probably been tapping his foot waiting for you some time now!

    You will have some set backs, it'll happen, but when they do, make it a point to learn something new from each failure and apply the insight to your journey. When you aren't becoming complacent, the only thing that can happen is learning and improvement. If you ever want to talk to someone outside of your life that can offer support and insight from a different perspective (my so is the PA and he still has a lot of work to do but has overcome some big obstacles in just getting started) I would be happy to lend an ear.
