First, your concerns are real. It is difficult to stop p, m and o. So, don't be so hard on yourself for having trouble.

Mind - Body - Spirit

Mind - make sure you are keeping your mind stimulated with something intellectual.

Body - Exercise of course. But, more than that. Eating, grooming, dressing are also important.

Spirit - Not just religion, but if that works for you, good. But spirituality is important. How are you treating your fellow humans? Are you making sure you have meditation and quite time. Maybe some yoga?

This is just an idea - it helps me.

Thats good bro. Look at the positive you quit watching porn. So, why would masturbation be any different? I was in that endless cycle of PMO or MO or whatever too. Once you break it you will be set free. This isnt some profound shit im spouting, its my EXPERIENCE.
