I'm from India. I just want to start my fight against my porn addiction. From what I've observed, I've turned out to be a lazy, anti-social type of a guy who's not cared of anything and everything. My grades have turned out to be very low, and I've almost started to lose my grip over education despite of this being a crucial point in my life. I'm in my twelfth grade right now, the last year of high school, after which I got to get placed in a proper college too. I've almost lost confidence in myself and i've begun to rust like a piece of iron. Never was I in this condition before, I got the National rank when I was in my tenth grade two years ago. And now, I'm losing to everyone. I lost my respect, confidence and everything in my school. I've been aiming to go to IIT right from my seventh grade for my UG, and now I don't prepare right for that either. I can't be like this. I should change. I'm counting on you guys for the change to happen. Wish me luck.
Wishing you luck, that I will ! And for support you'll find fantastic amounts over here (granted you post in the right section, which apparently can be tricky for some...)! But there's only one place true change can come from, and that's not from us, it's from within you. (I might be paraphrasing someone here, not sure who... ) It's a great step forward that you've taken by realizing something in your life stream isn't how you want it to be. I really hope you'll find great knowledge and insight in the immense repository of stories and experience that this community is building. All the best
