I have done "this" since I was about 13...every single day...maybe I skipped a few days alone...when I really tried. "This" is my escape from reality and it has wasted too many hours. It has kept me home alone...way to much. It contributed to the destruction of my marriage. I am ready to stop. I am excited to stop
