    Very sorry to hear that man, break ups are NEVER fun.. In my experience PMO wont make you feel better, probably much worse. Keep your head high and treat yourself with something that will actually make you feel better. Onwards and upwards my friend, you are not alone.

    I had the same problem. When my girlfriend left I binged and I'm warning you DONT DO IT! It will only make it worse. Stick to NoFap and don't give into your own thoughts. Good Luck
