    I have relapsed 10000000 of time now my motivation is 0 confidence is 0 happiness is 0
    All hope is lost.
    What should i do now

    Where do you keep relapsing?
    What are your triggers?
    Do you have app or site blockers in place?
    How do you start your days? When I wake up I go for a run right away then come home and have a cold shower. When that happens I know I won't relapse. I'm currently on day 33. My first attempt at nofap.

    Find a new approach and try again until you relapse 10000000 more times. You only truly fail when you stop trying. Keep going and I promise you'll get it.
