I am on the PM mode and is really hard

    Hi... I just saw this site on reddit last week Friday and it seems like a community I was looking for. I started the PM mode on Saturday and today Thursday makes it 5days without PM, so I hope I continue with this, but the urges are disturbing any more ideas please

    Welcome! Have you read the Getting Started info on this site? Have you read the posts from others who are on this forum? There is lots of great info out there, if you look for it! I am cheering you on.
