Hello, My name is Harshavardhan, I have been addicted to porn and masturbation since i was around 15 years old. I have tried to quit so many times but have always failed. The longest I have gone without masturbating is 10 days. I have lost all motivation, i procrastinate a lot. If i am alone for a while all i can think about is porn. I am ashamed of myself. I really want to quit. I want to be more productive and get active. I am hoping this forum helps.
