Hi everyone. I was gone for around 2 years already, and I feel like sh*t to be honest.

Today I thought that we people are good at developing mindset which tells us “you can do it”. But how about “you can’t do it”? Why this one is so difficult to develop?

I (re)start my nofap journey today and I hope that together with all of you I will learn how to say “you must not do it”.

Did you have a relapse before you came back here? Saying "you must not" create a defiant attitude in younger men. I would really think about what effect porn and masturbating to porn has had on you. To be successful in kicking the addiction, you need to determine a good enough reason to stay on the journey. My reason is this: when my partner of 13 years discovered my addiction, she was very hurt and wondered if she'd have to compete with the women in the porn I was watching. It severely damaged our relationship and I'm hoping going no PMO will be the first step to rebuilding the relationship. Then you have to take some actions to make porn as inaccessible as you can. Delete your porn collection, delete your porn bookmarks, install porn blockers on both your phone and your computer. That is what I did to get ready to eliminate my addiction. It set me on a path of deep commitment to this change I'm making. When I kick this addiction, I plan to stay around here and support others.
