    I've tried Erotic Hypnosis :-/

    But that's why I'm here. To break free.

    So yeah I guess it works. You need to "believe" that it will work however. So at the end of the day it's up to you.

    What are you hoping to achieve with it?

    I was thinking it could be useful for NoFap. I have a friend who gives hypnosis therapy and am considering asking him for a session. The goal could be to never watch porn again.

    I have done hypnosis before (not for addiction). My hypnotist told me that addictions are easier because you are removing habits. Adding habits through hypnosis is harder.
    definitely ask your friend. It will work as long as you want it to work.
