What is Hypnosis?

I personally have a very little experience with hypnosis myself. Basically, I'm just getting into it this week. There is a lot of "free" material on torrent sites and all over the Internet, so it might be a good idea to look there first and try it that way before spending any money.

The basic premise is to let things happen and experience them to their fullest as your hypno-therapist puts feeling, thoughts and visual images into your head. That way you are left with very real experience strongly resembling a lucid dream.
