I consider 2 weeks pmo free a success but I havent given up hope. its is getting slowly better. However, 2 days ago I bought an Oculus Go. Omg its is fantastic. Then I had the genius idea of going the the oculus browser opening a familiar porn tube site just to quickly see what VR porn looks like. That was at about 1 pm. Well, that was it for the day ... I will not lie: VR porn is a whole new level. I is honestly the "best" experience imaginable. Its is like really having sex with as many hot women as you can imagine. it is ultra realistic, they look into your eyes as if standing right before you, whisper in your ear, etc. Forget about screens or mobile devices. That is going on a new plane. The downfall after was just as severe. I felt like the worst piece of s...t afterwards. Since yesterday I have the most intrusive urges ever.. I MUST NEVER DO THAT AGAIN - that could be a serious downfall in my life. I warn everybody to "check it out" . Dont do it !! dont do it!!! Its like "checking out" heroin. Regular tube sites are bad enough. Dont do VR porn. That is a serious threat to your life. Please guys - help me out this. I only tried it once. It must stay like that thanks for reading
I knew VR will be the downfall of humanity one day.. It simulates reality but it isn't real.. The more fantasies become realistic, the more it will become difficult.. It is rightly the new heroin/cocaine of our generation.. As told by @GaryMayor fuckin' sell it mate!! May God bless our souls..
Look, porn stimulus will be stronger and stronger for a later generation. This world is heading to fucked up stage of shit. If you are the weak person you will be aroused by anything, by normal porn, by VR porn, by anything. At any stage of your nofap journey, different things will arouse you. Later on even woman's face and nothing else. The whole point of nofap journey is to build a resistance against bad part of yourself. That part of your personality can become crying, angry, aggressive, suicidal etc. You must ignore it and put it in the place. It is an underdeveloped part of ourselves that is very strong but is missing any intelligence. That part doesn't care that it will fuck up your life, it wants porn and dopamine NOW !!! You must conquer that little ugly damaged dwarf within. Throw the Oculus out of the window and do not try it again, because it will be harder to fight against that little powerful dwarf who has the power to manipulate your brain. To build resilience against your lustful thoughts is the strongest ever fight the man can experience. It is the same as you want to build muscle in the gym but until you build that muscle you will experience brain pain and thoughts as never. The gym is much easier than this and you know how much hard work and month and years it takes.

guys !!! thank you so much for all your replies. can you believe: I was in a hotel yesterday with my damned OculusGo to play games. My demons forced me to "quickly check out" vr porn "just once more". the hotel wifi blocked the website so I was forced to survive. omg !!!!! that was such a wake up call. without the blocking I would be in a really terrible place right now. I am fine though. thank you circumstances. I will not lie: VR is in my brain all the time. seriously. that is the hardest challenge ever. once again: dont try it! you look into the devils eyes and he will look right back into your soul. stay strong !
I would even recommend getting internet off .Its not you are going to die for 2 or 3 months without internet...
If u can sell it ,just sell it and spend that money on something u like (Trip with friends,Books,New hobby etc.) Your light will not disappear if u dont give up.
While I have never tried it just like all the other porn and actual sex you will get used to it and bored with it.
I agree. After 2 weeks,months...whatever- it’s inevitable that it will become too dull and that old dragon will stay two steps in front of you while you chase it down the road. The "best" experience should be whatever feeling you get when you finally break your addiction. Don't think of porn as a good experience. It'll only make it harder to quit.
The only things I can say right now is "WOW" (in a negative and shocking sense)! When looking back at the period around 2005/2006 when high speed internet porn became available in developed countries, I seriously thought it was going to be the end for men in the developed world but I was wrong.
