    I have been watching porn for a long while the thing is i can get hard masturbating to pornography but can't get hard while masturbating without porn.Is this PIED or another disorder?

    Probably related to porn abuse. Real PIED is when you can't have orgasm during sex or your erections are not enough for satisfactory sex
