stopping an addiction like this is very hard. But not impossible. Small steps, small goals is a way to overcome the addiction. Think positive and stay busy. Don't let your mind wanders too much. I speak much for myself. Excercise is very important so you cn cope easier with stress. I have running 2-3 km 2 times a week only so to a start. Very positive effects. Finishing off with som pushups and situps. And meditation is also very good. Because small stressors will disappear. However learning meditation and use it properly demands huge dedication. And is also not so easy. I am trying to as honest as I can on this...relapses will probably happen and don't beat yourself up on them as long as you ALWAYS try again, they are part of the process...because this is the hardest journey you will ever face in your life.

I have a doubt. I stopped to watch porn but I still masturbate every day. My girlfriend say that I still have problems. What do you think?

Be honest with yourself and what are the reasons why you want to stop watching porn so bad. I no longer watch porn because I've been suffering with regret and depression from being a relationship that I cause to end. I've cried waking up, cried in the shower, and cried before sleeping for at least 5 days out of the week for 9 months straight. I am not over exaggerating on how much i cried, that pain, that nightmare is something that I wake up to with regret. Never learn a lesson from regret. For me I don't want to cry anymore and I want to move on. PMO is what triggers me to think about my past. So why do you want to stop PMO so bad?
