How to replace P or M ?

    Hey guys,

    I've been fighting P and M addiction for a while now. I have done some good progress but currently I'm back in day 6.

    My problem with P and M is that I use it as a stress and anxiety reliever.

    So basically, whenever I'm into these moods (anxious or stressed) I can't concentrate, focus or get things done until I take my P "medications".

    So, how do u guys handle with stress and anxiety ? what do u guys do to get rid of this moods?

    I've been trying meditation for almost 3 weeks already (20 minutes a day) and it haven't helped that much you know...

    Most of us would agree that we have that same problem with you. We are alright until we are stressed, anxious, bored, tired, lonely, sad, happy, hungry, etc...you get the point. I also struggle and the time when I give up is when I give up. It's that simple, but I know I can't look at porn if I'm not on the computer.
    My recommendation is to walk away from the device that you are using to look at porn, now you won't PMO. You can: leave the house, go for a short walk, do some push-ups, or find anything else to do except going back on the device that gives you access to porn. What you do instead of looking at porn is up to you.
    FYI - Meditation has not worked for me, but I see the benefits of trying to find a way to continue meditating or finding another spiritual outlet.
