i think it's a learning process. Take what I say with a grain of salt. What I've learned is.

Personal Accountability - Use tech in public spaces where people can see what I'm doing. Only use my bed for sleep or at least don't engage with any material that could be trigger-worthy. Go outdoors often and particularly when you feel the urge (If you look at something while outdoors that triggers you, just know that it's temporary. The more you keep away from the activity the more tolerance, willpower and self discipline you'll have). If certain media (Instagram, a TV show, a movie, video game) triggers easily, keep away from them until you feel you can comfortably engage with them if need be.

Accountability Partner(s) - This basically takes the shape of talking in the discord or the NoFap forums (Not reddit, I'm not a fan of It), keeping up with a partner from the discord or doing so person to person with someone in my social circle.

Fitness and Dieting - Yep, that explains itself. Basically exercising and dieting rewards you with good feelings. Don't do it to a fault where you feel burned out.

Journaling and Meditating - Getting my thoughts down completely unfiltered when i can is therapeutic and rewards the learning process of what I can do to be better as a person and with the NoFap process. Meditation helps towards the practice of mindfulness and giving a clear mind. Since urges are mostly triggered by mindsets, having a clear mind helps in the discipline of not giving into them. If you're religious factoring that into meditation can help.
