Hi, I am new to this community. How do I start my counter and what words should I use. Thanks for the help.
Click on someone else's counter (like mine below), which will send you to a page about counters. At the bottom of that, there's a green button to get your own, which sends you to a page where you select your various options. You'll get a few lines of code, which you copy and paste into your signature box on your profile at NoFap. You can have multiple counters in your signature (as do I) plus other text, etc.
