i don't had live something like that.. and i've passe a lot of time without fap . don't reinforce a statement, everyone is different .. just live it and you will know maybie add some push up on your dealy routine if you are more active more meditation if you want more relaxing mood ... nothing to worry about that, don't put a number in your mind ..
