    I'm an athlete and fapping is killing my confidence and strength its like if I dont do good at the sports I blame myself for fapping and then again end up fapping. Guilt is killing me and my strength and recently I feel ill. I want to get over it and want to become the person I was before 2-3 years. Thanks
