How to Meditate properly.. Easiest Way

    So I've finally started Meditating after hearing how much helpful it is along with going for a walk & exercising. I feel more calm & self aware of myself after doing it since yesterday morning. I've been doing it 2 times a day for 10 minutes, total 20 minutes. One in the morning & one before going to sleep at 11 PM.

    It helps regulating thoughts & gives you more control over your feelings and reminds you of what is your goal during meditating. You will start getting random thoughts & song lyrics in the beginning but the trick is to focus & feel on your breathing pattern & bringing your attention back to it whenever you start getting random ideas or start imagining things which aren't real or won't ever happen. Trust me, it feels as if you're a different person after finishing it. And you start finding comfort in the process.

    Before you go on Internet to search how to meditate, I've already done some of the work.
    First you should sit on the plane & clean ground/floor, use a Mattress. Make sure you're not facing any light source directly in front of you, that breaks your focus. Then intertwine both of your legs together like the Buddhist Monks do. None of them should be touching ground, it's gonna strain a bit on the legs but it actually helps to balance your posture & to keep you from dozing off or incline towards one direction.
    And finally, put both of your hands on your knees & pretend like you're a Monk or a Saint from Himalayas. Close your eyes & take steady breaths. Then start focusing on your breath, feel the sensation on your Nostrils while breathing.

    Your main objective is to keep focusing on the breathing as much as you can & whenever your mind starts wandering off, it's your job to bring back your focus on breathing again. That's the toughest part of Meditation.
    Now you will realize how weak or strong your Willpower is while doing it. And that's how your brain will learn to start to control your emotions & urges.

    I finally understand why my parents have been doing Meditation from past 10 years. I was stupid enough to take it casually & now that I think of it, it could've helped me to not be a Porn Addict in the first place if I had done it years ago.

    So guys, Meditation is very helpful & will increase your Willpower to resist the Urges. If you know any other ways, do let me know.
