How to get over crush?

Friends with benefits is a casual sex situation that can be addicting. I was briefly in one and can say that had she not moved to a different state I would have continued seeing her regularly.

 

I get over a crush by going to the gym, eating good food, and not talking to the girl or seeing any pictures of her anymore. If you are friends with her on social media, I'd say to unfriend her. Basically, you need to cut off all contact with her completely and even pretend like she no longer exists
