How to be healthy? How to have more energy?

    hi! x

    i already sleep 8h per night, eat enough calories and healthy and do some cardio every other day and some stabilization exercises every day.
    by writing morning pages - a form of active meditation - i take care of my headspace.

    but still i am lacking energy and i am not as thriving as i would love to be. what can i do to improve?

  2. Write out your problems, take the biggest issue and work only on that until its sorted. It may take good time. The main thing is to work it out 100%. Seeing a phycologist is helpful because he or she can take you further than you can take yourself. Two brains are better than one yeah?

  3. try different forms of exercise change your diet maybe just give a little twist to your routine if it gets boring you lose energy keep it exciting and don't make it an army drill just have fun with it
