So due to university, I moved out and live by myself now. I dont feel lonely, actually I like being with myself. The problem is, of course, masturbation. My plan is to get busy all the time so that I basically dont have any time at all. I sleep from 10pm to 6am and I am in the library from 8am to 12am and from 14pm to 18pm. How can I fill the other hours so that I am constantly distracted? Any tips?
I don't have a huge amount of success so far but I am feeling better and better about this process. I've seen this on here a few times but maybe you can use some of that free time to learn about porn addiction. I find that when I read something about it, I get reminded why I do this. Hopping on here is live a daily devotional. Is there a hobby you can learn where you really get into a flow state. I Yoyo and when I am practicing and learning a new trick, it is like meditation I completely get lost in the repetition. Crazy but a little toy has had a good affect on me! Have a productive hobby. Also have a goto activity in case you get horny, this one doesn't have to be productive, such as playing video games
Yeah I am playing video games often, but now everytime I get horny and have urges I simply put my clothes on and go for a walk.
Thanks for this idea! That inspired me to make my hands busy. I found my old handtrainer in the wardrobe, that I can use to keep my hands busy e.g. in the bathroom etc. I believe in you too, my brother!
