How to avoid nocturnal emissions?

    I'm sorry if it's a recurrent topic, i'm very noob at semen retention. Please help me, I'm very anxious about nocturnal emissions in my reboot.

    Why would you want to avoid what's natural to male biological functioning? I don't think you can avoid them anyway, and even if you could, the amount of stress and repression that it would take to do so would only bust out in other addictive and unhealthful avenues. Let nature take its course. Don't impede it, just as you don't want to self-manipulate emissions either.

    It cannot be avoided completely, but you can reduce the frequency by eating light, as well as avoiding stimulations during sleep (e.g. tight underwear, very hot/cold room, thick and heavy quilt). Also, I find sleeping on the side (right side) helps me to reduce the frequency of having erotic dreams during sleep.

    1/ go pee before you sleep to release pressure, and make sure you drink plenty of water during day time so you don't get thirsty at night.
    2/eat light before sleeping and avoid spicy foods.
    3/ try to sleep on your back or your right side only.
    4/ always wake up with an alarm while respecting the 1.5 hour sicles (4.5/6/7.5) .
    5/ release energy, do some sports, go for a run. Swim, jump rope ... Whatever works for you.
    6/meditation is also a thing.
    7/ try to quit coffee it will help you to have better quality sleep.
    8/ the most important: stay away from everything that may excite it trigger you during the day whether it's checking chick's ass's or watching soft porn on social media, movies with dirty scenes, bad YouTube stuff...
