How the fuck do i get rid of this stupid HOCD shit?

    I feel frustrated and Angry now cuz i aint never had this stuff in my previous streaks and its fucking me up completely, it seems like when this stuff Comes once it doesnt ever really go away, i got it today after a nap in the afternood and since then have thought of this stuff but i know im not gay 100% (Nothing against people who are). Could this be because i didnt exercise for a few days? I just wanna know how i can get rid of this stuff. This streak has really been going like shit. First two days had Depression which fucked me, yesterday sleepy and weak and today this bullshit, like whats next am i gonna wanna jump of the balcony or what? Ive had a 3 month streak and a 20 day streak and although i had Depression ive never had something like this HOCD Thing that fucks me up so badly. Please someone help me.

    This is a very long post, but I highly recommend reading about this man who have suffered for 5 years and once he was able to abstain from it, he was enlightened. The way he is so blunt about it and straight forward.

    Your sexuality is definitely not defined by the genre of porn you watch, but it can be a strong indicator that your brain is completely used to all of the softer kind of porn genres and now it craves for more extreme content. Its like drug users who start off with marijuana, but now only injecting heroin provides the same rush and joy.

    I have myself started looking at some content that made me question myself. However, its all because we crave the "novelty" of extreme content. Don't give up, but trust me and read the forum when you get the chance. It will provide insight and give you motivation to push forward.

    OMG are you fucking kidding me 5 YEARS???I never watched gay porn or was attracted to anything that is gay, it just happened now on this streak of nofap that im getting These thoughts and i cant Sleep. I think honestly im gonna relapse if it goes on like These because fuck everything if im gonna feel gay for 5 years, no fucking way im letting myself go through that shit no matter what the Benefits are man.
