Lets consider myself for this calculation. I am now 23 years old, lets sat I started PMO at 13 That's 10 years. Estimate roughly 5 hours a day X 365days X 10 years = 18 250 hours = 760 days = 2 years. A full 2 years of my life has been wasted online, watching porn/ online sex chat rooms. 2 years I will never get back. Time I could have spent being more productive. Whats your amount of time wasted?

2 x 365= 730 x 13= 9490= 396 = 1 year of life wasted. Thats no including the countless hours wasted surfing the internet through useless websites.
Yeah it probably adds up to over a year for me. I'm the same age as you and it really sucks to know that it has wasted valuable time in our life. Just got to realize it's not too late to change and we can beat this.

I wasted so many yrs probably around 3. Thats so much time i could of spent with friends/family/education/making $$$. Wow its stolen a ton from me and im not willing to let it take anymore.Cant take back days Ive lived but I can sure change habits to make ones in front of me better.
I did some math in my head while I was swimming a few weeks ago. I figured a ballpark of about 20 minutes for a PMO (sometimes more, sometimes less,) on average once a day, five days a week, comes out to almost 87 hours/year. With that time, I could: -learn a lot more of a language (German, French, Japanese, Russian...) -read 3 very large books, eg: Tolstoy's War and Peace, Pynchon's Gravity's Rainbow, etc. -built at least 4 1/35 scale tank models (which I love doing) -take on 2 more 4-credit classes at the community college where I teach And that's each year. I'm 31, and I've been at it since I was around 13. 87 hours/year x 18 years =65.25 days. Just think of what you could do with two whole months. There's motivation: get back my two months from the next 18 years!
33 years old, only got heavily into PMOing when I got internet access in college, so let's say it started at 19 years old. Probably have averaged an hour a day. So 14 years x 365 days x 1 hour = 5,110 hours = 212 full days. If you think of a day as being awake from 7 am to 10 pm, though, it's 340 days. So almost an entire year of my life. As perspective I just finished a MA program that takes a year. I could have had two MAs instead of one, hah.
