How much sperm is released during a wet dream?

I watched porn for a total of 2 hours on this weekend, and I had a wet dream which I like to think happen as a result of having so many erections by watching porn.
Some of the things that accompany PMO, I now feel. For example, my body is sore from yesterday's exercise and tired, I am sleepy, and my speech is clumsy if you know how I mean.

My question is, do we release more or less sperm on a wet dream? because I feel don't as bad as I do when I PMO, yet I think something's wrong. Also, would you count it as a reset if you had a wet dream as a result of having watched too much enticing things or just fantasized too much?
