At the beginning of the year I stopped watching porn and I thought when I past 90 days that I would feel different about porn but that didn't happen, all it took was a few really bad days for me to relapse and I only now have gotten the strength to stop again but I have to say at this point I am not doing hard mode. How long has it taken for those urges to go away?
Honestly you may miss porn forever to some extent. A reboot isn’t going to fix that. A reboot gets your brain back to a somewhat normal state instead of a brain that is kind’ve stuck in porn addiction mode. To think it will make you never crave porn is probably a little overly hopeful. What is your situation are you single or ina. Relationship? What’s your age?
