How long streak is good enough

    I know everyone is gonna answer..it depends individually..BUT... How many days streak is considered long streak....???

    Second question..... I masturbated 7-8 times daily since age 14..now (23)... how many days will it take for me to reboot and cure my social anxiety ??

    I agree with peak, don't get into the streak hype like so many, it's nice to know how long it has been but nofap should turn into "normal life" and you should forget about streaks the longer you go. I mean you don't count how many times you breath, right? Then why should you count your last PMO, the idea is to get it out of your life, not think about it, right?

    I would say 30-60-90 days would be considered landmark days and could be considered a long streak imo.
