So, the mechanism here is basically this.
Let's put it in human terms. A female has some attractiveness, but it's small. No male jumps to fertilize. So, what does the female do? She pumps up the numbers. Pedal to the metal, so do speak. She increases her femininity as much as she can in order to be impregnated (and, on a side note, this is why more and more women are dressing more and more skimpy and revealing. Because of insane porn consumption and testosterone drop males stopped sexually approaching them).

But wait. Do males have a similar system? Yes, they do! It would be stupid not to have it. Think about it. If you are a healthy and not masturbating male, what does your organism think? You go around, with that semen in you, ready to impregnate some females. But no women are there. So, your organism thinks - 'man, this guy is a loser. but I need to procreate. That sucks. Well, maybe if I increase his wit, he finally gets some.' Then, if he still doesn't get women, it thinks - 'Jesus Christ, this guy... Alright, let's boost some pheromones and raise up energy a little bit.' And this process will go on and on until you finally succeed.

And this is why we, hardmode nofappers and especially semen retentionists, have such success with women and with life. Because along this path, your genes, your organism will literally restructure itself to do anything in its power to procreate. Yes, maybe not right away. And yes, maybe there will be a lot of struggle along the way. But if you sit in your room with your endless harem of virtual women, this system will not be launched. It needs to know that the only way you will spill your seed is inside real women. That is how we evolved. And that is how we grow.
