How do you get rid of sexual fantasies?

I've taken two steps in my recovery period.

First, I've been staying off my laptop as much as possible.

Second, I've been sleeping with just underwear to prevent ejaculating to wet dreams.

Both of these have been very effective for me so far. And the next step I'll take is to cut myself off from Facebook.

I have however had thoughts on sexual fantasies I've made. And this is where I need advice.

How do you get rid of sexual fantasies/thoughts?
