Hello guys im 20 year old still a virgin,these days i got motivated to find a girlfriend but i'm afraid that maybe i will have PIED.My previous streak was almost 6 months but now it's been more than a month that i keep relapsing.i get erections pretty easily when a girls comes close to me or by fantasising.I want my first time be as good as possible.I want to know if there are any signs of PIED and how can i test my self without beeing in a relashionship
The worst thing you can do is testing yourself. You can't do that. If you feel a sexual attraction to girls, you will probably be fine, but you have to stay off porn as it is really easy to ruin your sexuality (but you already know that since you're here). Next, the first time is almost never good. Of course guys (and girls) brag about it, but they are lying most of the time. The first time you are slightly nervous, clumsy and it is completely normal. Try not to have such high expectetions (that will make your first time the best as it gets). If you expect wonders, that induces performance anxiety, which is dangerous as much as PIED itself (and one usualy supports another). My advices: - stay off porn completely (that way you will lower your chances of PIED as much as you can - lower expectations about your first time (when you have a chance to be in bed with a girl, have fun, laugh on everything that happens, even unpleasent things, make it as relaxing as possible and try to enjoy it. If you don't get erection it's fine, if you do and heve sex without an orgasm (yours or hers) it's also fine, just make it as funny, relaxing and enjoyable as possible for you and for her.
