How do I extend my streak of avoiding masturbation/orgasm?

Hey guys. I've once gone 5 months without masturbating/giving myself an orgasm (except wet dreams which I've found to be normal), however, ever since I've broken that streak, I've had a very difficult time getting back on track. I think the longest I've gone without it since is a month. Any tips on how to get back to my longest streak, and when I do, how to extend it further?

 

Compared to last year, my bad habits have decreased, and my work ethics are better but could use improvement. I think I've watched porn less than 10 times this year, which is dramatically better than last year. I do find myself to procrastinate on academics at times because I'm either tired from a long day at school, or work, or even the gym, but other times it's because I don't have much going on. That's when my urges are the strongest.

 

It was due to guilt I felt from a religious perspective, feeling worthless through the eyes of something greater than me, and even trying to "clean myself" so I could look worthy enough to date this one girl I was attracted to.
