How do i deal with sexual interest from girls during reboot?

I'm on day 20, longest streak ever. And for once I'm feeling like I can beat this.
So here's my problem, I'm not the worst looking guy, and have never had problem getting ladies' attention, but since my ED kicked in, and after a few (OK, more than a few) embarrassing experience with girls, I've been avoiding getting in those situations.
But I'm a natural flirt, and always having a girl wanting to come over or have me come to their place. I go but I don't make any move, and when they do I try to evade it, and it makes me look bad, and feel bad.
The last time was yesterday, I practically had to run out of my own room.
So here's the kicker, I think it keeps my mind on real girls and helps me stay focused on one of the reasons I'm on this road (real sex, its been almost 2 years).
But I'm tired of the embarrassments and excuses, what should I do?
