That's not how it works. Porn addiction is a neurochemical addiction to dopamine. You will still encounter the same issues even if you were asexual. Porn has an extremely high addiction rating because PMO has a high dopamine release. It is comparable to heroin, the difference is in the withdrawal symptoms. A good idea is to find something else that is fulfilling to take the place of PMO, or a hobby you enjoy. This will release dopamine into your body and help get rid of some of the withdrawals.
Time to find a hobby. If you want to stop PMO, this is really not optional. You need a healthy behavior to replace PMO with.
Try working out. With that one, at least you can get ripped. Another great option is learning to cook awesome food.
You can do calisthenics at home while you're watching TV. Way less time spent doing that then PMO, and you don't even need anything but yourself and your floor to workout.
That is what I am doing and it's all good... Until I finish working out to sit down and then my mind wonders. This post speaks to me.
