You can't stop wet dreams from happening, that is one way that your body releases excess semen. What you will want to watch out for is the "chaser effect", where you get increased urges after a nightfall/wet dream/semen leakage. The wet dreams are in response to your body being used to expelling semen or using those vesicles so often. With more time and a longer streak, these wet dreams should occur less and less often.

Did you have wet dreams on your previous streaks?

    Congrats on 17 days!

Thank you very much . My highest one was 47 day I had only one wet dream on day 10 .
That's the first time I've ever had 2 wet dreams in one week and a semen leakage.
So I was kinda worried .
I always get a wet dream on day 10 .
Do you have any tips to help me stop the urges after a wet dream cuz they get very powerful after a nightfall or a wet dream.

You're welcome. Gotcha. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to avoid the urges, but you can plan ahead for them. If you know you'll urges, then find an event to go to or find some work to do at a friend's or at home that will distract you. Or be outside in nature. I will let you know if I think of others - my problem is that often I go without urges for so long, that when they come, then I am in danger.

Thx man I'll try going out with some friends.
Your problem happened to me on my first streak of nofap (and it still happens but rarely)I didn't get any urges for a month then they randomly popped up .
I used a thing called panic mode it stops the phone for 5h/1h/30 min , you can chose how much time you need .

Thanks for the suggestion! That's a good idea. I got a feeling that a switch has changed in my brain, and so I won't need the panic mode for a while, but if I relapse, I'll use it. Unfortunately I use my phone for work, so I can't use something that stops the phone too long.. Mentally I kind of feel like I've decided "ok, I'm 29, I'm about to get into a real career, it's time to stop".. I've had a few urges but I haven't fed them. That's the thing also - if you get a baby urge, kill it with fire. If you let it grow, that's when it'll damage you.

How many months do you think I need to rewire my brain and stop this addiction, I've been addicted for 2-3 years .
You may see this question stupid but I'm new to nofap so I don't have that many informations about it .

It is not a stupid question at all, everything is variable. You are 18 so if you work at it, there is good time to recover.
    There are a few answers.
If you only stop the addiction but don't focus on repairing the damage, it will take a while.
If you stop the addiction and have females in your life who are positive role models (leading you to view women in a right light) then it'll take less time.
If you stop the addiction and fill the time with activities like school or work or hobbies or family, then it'll take less time.
If you have both positive role models, male and female, and you fill the time well, you can recover and go on to have a normal relationship with those around you.
Do you have positive male and female role models in your life?

Sorry for responding late , I had an exam .
Well I have a male friend who supports me and really helped me develop myself this year . He is very good friend but he still does pmo I tried to convince him many times to stop but he refused, he uses p to escape his feelings .
He had a crush on a girl for 7 fucking years they chatted every day , when he told her that he loves her more than a friend she told him that she that she doesn't , many bad things happened to him but that is the only one I could talk about . I tried to help him but .... I'm the positive role model in my friends lifes , I convinced 2 of my friends to do nofap!
When it comes to females uhhh , I don't have any female friends anymore.
Back in middle school got mocked for being shy and never talked to a girl for 3 years .I used to have good female friends
    in the past ,
But we don't see each other anymore .
Yet I have a female cousin . I really love her she is really supportive and nice . I have had a crush on a girl for a while but we never chatted or even talked a long conversation.
She motivated me to study hard and do nofap , like not that I told her anything about nofap or studying .
its all in my mind .
I ve always been kinda shy around girls . But now I got better when it comes to talking to a girl .

I'm sure it's tough for him, he had a crush for so long and then got denied. Easier to turn to a soothing remedy than face the harshness of his experience.

I personally think it's important to have female friends, in order to realize that they're literally just humans with different parts. Girls are great because they often are connected to their feelings more, or have more emotional sensitivity. Girls have a lot of empathy while guys often have fathers who don't know how to teach them empathy.

It's likely tough to make female friends, being shy. I was more of a loner in high school and I totally get the struggles of that.

It's good to hear that you're getting better talking to girls! The earlier the better. Learning what makes quality girls tick is super important for learning to respect them, because porn often shows girls as just an object.

Me personally, I was a loner in HS, didn't think I was worth a girl... graduated in 2013, had a gf in 2018, I broke it off due to stress from a lot of life events, now I'm in nursing school and I can appreciate the qualities of those I work with, every day. I am comfortable being emotionally open and available, and I try to practice that, as well as practicing empathy.

Sorry for the delayed response! Thanks for your patience and I hope it's going well for you.
