How can I stop MOing to Fantasies while in bed?

    Hey all,

    I am not trying to diminish the issue of P and its effect its had on me, but my issue seems to moreso be the fact that once i do stop watching P and MO-ing, that when im alone at night in bed, lying in the dark that I have a fantasy pop into my head and I M-O. Some may not consider it relapse, but personally, I have come to see it as such because it feels just like relapsing... my brain imagery is powerful and I can recreate images as if Im watching it then and there. Also, I feel immediate brain fog and chaser almost every time. My issue is dealing with the temptation in the evenings and the mornings.

    What are some things I can do or tell myself as Im laying there. The issue is that Ive for years had a 'good rub' before I go to bed and first thing after waking up so it's almost like habit... a unified chain of events. Anyone have any ideas because if I do this then I can overcome. Thanks

    I was the same, buddy. It's tricky because before bed/ in the morning you can't think that clearly. The way I did it was mastering my urges. I meditated regularly on my urges. I asked myself what I would feel exactly, where the feelings come from, how it would feel to give in to the urge, how it it would feel to not give in to the urge, and the feeling after.

    Everything you describe is pure habit/ addiction. Meaning once you get used to not masturbate in bed no urges will bother you at all.
