How can I stop looking at girls in school so much (I don’t wanna get triggered as much)

    There are a lot of attractive girls at my school, but I don’t wanna keep looking at them because I don’t wanna keep getting triggered.

    What can I do?

    First of all you don't need to stop looking at girls as it is natural phenomenon for boys and secondly you gotta look at girls from a different perspective cause if you watch a girls melon and balloons it will give you a trigger and try making a girlfriend fall in love my friend enjoy life cause life is to short for staring at others...!!
