I have sinned god again. How can i change my heart to not to look women with lust. I don't want to masturbate, but i still do masturbate, why this happens? Does anyone who is a christian know why does this happen? I keep doing what i don't want to
Hi, @Kys223 . Life is found in Jesus Christ alone. We all sin, even Christians, and we all must look to Jesus to be freed from the guilt of our sin. That means asking him for forgiveness. He will forgive all of your sin if you ask him to. But we also need to be freed from the power of our sin. This, too, Jesus does for us as he changes our hearts/will to love him. This change takes place as we seek to know Jesus through his Word and Spirit. So I encourage you to do that. It also helps to realize that this is an addiction--you can be addicted to masturbation, you can be addicted to porn, you can be addicted to both of them together. Lust is the foundational sin, but now it is lust mixed up with an addiction/brain problem. You should confess your sin, you should also learn how addiction works so you can learn your way out.

This is probably my last message, Jesus said "If your right eye causes you to sin, cut it off", and i have realized that my phone causes me to get tempted by lust. So im gonna break my phone forever, it is better to get tempted, but not actually having possibility to watch porn. There's a lot to lose, but the gain that i will experience will be much greater than my phone. I long time ago, i had not fapped in like year. But then i fapped, and now it's becoming more frequent, like every week.
When we become willing to do whatever it takes to break free, we will break free at last. You are on a good path. Make sure you develop in-person face-to-face support. It is very hard to remain free if we remain isolated. God bless you.
