Mate, I don't know if you'll ever read this but I'm gonna remind you of something really useful:

Do Your Best and Let God Do the Rest (Colossians 3:23-24)

All of our friends here said the same thing and allow me to do it as well: choose a path that leads you out of porn and stick to it as strongly as you can. That will help you a lot.
But you've got to be persistent because that won't be easy.
God will never help you if you don't do your best.
