I lot of this could be a major depressive episode. Sometimes your brain gets so stressed and depressed that it gets stuck for some time. Most of these can be worked out with therapy and time, but I’m still working on my depression and anxiety problems too
No, my symptoms didn’t go away when I was on them so I quit and I honestly felt the same if not better after I quit
I m thinking to take them because If my depression is due to PAWS then taking them for 6-8 months will teke me to about 2 years no PMO mark and I have read Paws lasts maximum 2 years.. So then I wont have to take them again
I would definitely try. For some people they work like a dream. It could be you're stuck in PAWS and they are the boost you need to make it out. Or they might not help, sometimes you have to try a few different ones. Remarkably, you've made 273 days! If you can keep going and find hobbies and things to be passionate about while seeking mental health assistance, I believe you will make it out of this eventually and you'll be glad you kept going!
Google nofap vitamin b6, there's a long thread on here about it and it seemed to help ease flatline symptoms for many.
Does it have any side effects or is it addicting ... Should I take it by myself, Or get ask doctor to prescribe??
I'd like to help but in order to do so you'll need to answer these questions- 1. First of all, how old are you? 2. Are you in an active relationship right now or you're single? 3. Did you ever talk to your family or your friends about your depression or ask them for help? 4. How does your day look like? Do you have a certain routine that you follow or life just goes by like nothing? 5. What are your hobbies? What do you do on your free time? 6. How do you react when depression or sadness occur? I'm asking that because at the end of the day everything starts and ends in your head. Of course, everyone has his ups and downs and it's totally normal to feel depressed sometimes but at the same time you should always remember that the feeling that you have right now is temporary and most of the time the 'problems' we are dealing with are really not that big of a deal. In my opinion you should dig deeper to find what causes this unhappiness for you and to eliminate it. Also stay away from porn and masturbation at this phase, it's probably the worst thing you could do.
